Using your design or ours, our newly expanded factory produces homes that are 95% finished including 200 amp circuit breaker box, hot, cold and drain lines, Aristocraft Kitchen cabinets.
We can assist you with financing with as little as 5% down. Qualified purchasers can include the cost of land, all on-site construction work, and your choice of fixed or adjustable rate mortgage, all in one package.
